Afghan Summer festival 2014 in London this year planned in Underhill Stadium , Barnet, London , Featuring the legendary Farhad Darya , Young talented artists Eiraj Kazmi , Inder Geet , Mc Strive, Wahid Aman and G6 Fly.

We strive to bring the flavour of Afghanistan, tradition and culture and create an ambience of festivities on this particular day. The idea is to provide an opportunity to the local residents to see Afghan culture and the Afghan Community in the UK to come and enjoy this beautiful day with their families and their compatriots and bring together the younger generation to flaunt this beautiful festival while showcasing our rich Afghan heritage and culture, Afghan Summer Festival 2014 shall include celebrations throughout the day through cultural shows,live music on stage,Fun fair, Kids activities, Afghan Kite flying, display of sport activities and Afghan football cup along with BOOTHS & VENDORS from various companies and restuarants.

Interested in helping to run a large cultural summer festival and experience Afghan culture?

We are looking for volunteers ,  This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to help run a large-scale cultural event for the refugee community and learn some new skills, meet new people and experience Afghan culture.

Volunteers must be available for the whole day for a number of roles in helping out the organizers to provide excellent service, general stewarding and crowd control. You will receive training and lots of support from a dedicated team. No experience required, just enthusiasm and energy!
